The location IS GREAT! The underground and train stations were very close. The staff were ALL friendly and helpful. The place seemed nice and clean.
The room cleanness leaves much to ask for. I booked a family room for two adults and three kids, BUT the room was too small. It was too small for a comfortable rest in the evening even for the budget class.

A Satisfying Stay

The room size was quite generous. It not sketchy at all. Natural light was abundant through the windows, which I appreciated because they opened. I found the room super clean, and I must admit the bed was comfy! The location offers easy access to both the DLR and the Elizabeth line, so transportation was very simple.
I noticed slight dirt stains under my feet from walking barefoot on the floor after removing my shoes. This.

The railway station is very close. It is convenient for transportation. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This makes it easy to find necessities and dining options. The area felt secure for a solo traveler, though the parking was expensive!

I was very impressed by the kind and cute receptionist! She was very helpful in explaining the amenities. My request for extra towels was promptly fulfilled. I found this efficient service useful for my travel. I also appreciated how the staff provided simple step-by-step instructions for access.

A Tesco and M&S are close by. I found them very convenient for purchasing snacks and drinks. While the on-site pub was unfortunately closed, there were many other local options available nearby. I appreciated the variety of choices for meals .

I found the location quite convenient. I stayed for four nights. It was a private room including a private bathroom. The room was very clean and it had a great view of the river and the gate house.
The wifi signal wasn't very STRONG.

The family room was large and tidy, VERY spacious for luggage and us. The bathroom had all essential toiletries and looked quite new, it had a super shower. Bedding was crisp and clean.
